He has been practicing since 1996 and brings empathy and validation to every session. His counseling background is an eclectic style of Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dialectic Behavioral therapy. He has expertise in treating people with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar, personality disorders, ADHD and thought disorders, while specializes in treating adults with past trauma, anxiety and depression. Tim sees clients exclusively via Telehealth Sessions.

She specializes in guiding and supporting individuals to discover their own insight and wisdom within to grow and ignite their innate radiance, to embrace healing and growth. Her therapeutic approach is a spiritual, humanistic, strengths and virtues based foundation incorporating cognitive behavioral, ego psychology, and Jungian dynamics in a tailored approach addressing relationships, life changes, depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, self expression, self-harm, substance misuse, and balance. He believes individuals can attain their highest potential through working on their issues with dedication and be able to recover from their past experiences. His approach is relationship-based, focused, compassionate, non-judgmental, and with positive regard. He has worked as a Paramedic since 1999 and is culturally competent in working with the first responder community. He specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Ego States therapy as treatment approaches.

    Lauralen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been honored to work as a mental health provider since 2007. With extensive experience working with in a variety of settings throughout California and Oregon, she counts it a privilege to come alongside children, teens, adults and families experiencing stressors and assist them in finding hope and meeting their goals. With warmth, compassion and a wide range of knowledge, Lauralen specializes in treating mood disorders, addictions, anxiety, defiance, family conflict, life transitions, grief and loss, psychosis, and post-traumatic stress. She also has experience working with pregnant, post-partum and parenting women, as well as children and adults with chronic medical diagnoses.

Utilizing mindfulness and accountability tools, he can help you identify goals, design a path toward achievement, and ultimately build a lifestyle complimentary of your unique skillset. Along the way, you will become more proficient with the tools in your toolkit and more capable in all areas of your life. Ben sees clients exclusively via Video Telehealth Sessions.

She has a Master of Social Work degree, with an emphasis in clinical mental health. Cristina enjoys working with adolescents (14+) and adults of all ages. She understands that physical health impacts well-being and uses a holistic, body-integrated approach to mental wellness. 

    In her free time, she enjoys home improvement,
    gardening, hiking, camping, and spending time with loved ones.

    Amber is a Student Intern completing her Masters Program at Bushnell University. Amber works with adults and adolescents as young as 11 years old.


    Our Student Interns are completing their Internships and Practicums as required by their Master's Programs. These individuals are nearing the end of their education, and will soon be working toward licensure. While all of our interns have experience working in Mental Health, they are still perfecting their craft. Interns are not able to bill insurance, so we offer their sessions at a low self pay rate of $35 per session.

    Yassi is a Student Intern completing her Masters Degree online with the University of Southern California. She is a solution-oriented Mental Health provider who works with children and adults, 10 years and older.

    Our Student Interns are completing their Internships and Practicums as required by their Master's Programs. These individuals are nearing the end of their education, and will soon be working toward licensure. While all of our interns have experience working in Mental Health, they are still perfecting their craft. Interns are not able to bill insurance, so we offer their sessions at a low self-pay rate of $35 per session.

She believes that clients are the experts of their own lives, and her role is to facilitate their growth and healing by creating a safe and supportive environment to delve into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Christina's areas of interest include working with adults, children, and couples, addressing concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, stress management, and relationship dynamics.

    Ariel is a student intern currently completing a Master's degree in Social Work from Portland State University. She has a particular passion for working with trauma, grief and end of life concerns and strives to create an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard as a key element of her eclectic approach, integrating person centered tools and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, with a heavy emphasis on psychological flexibility, present moment mindfulness, acceptance and accountability. She believes that we all have the capacity to grow through what we go through, and prides herself on facilitating genuine, down to earth connections where clients can develop skills and strategies to cope with the struggles life throws at them. 

    Our Student Interns are completing their Internships and Practicums as required by their Master's Programs.
